Long Run: 11M
Still a very low volume week, but I had some quality strideouts and hill sprints in there to maintain the little bit of turnover I possess. I was also successful in being semi-committed to doing situps, pushups and stretching. Lets hope that holds. The big story of the week was the crippling soreness I dealt with from some simple, body weight strength training. I'll try again this week and hopefully it will be a little less.
