AM: 70 min :: 11+M (last mile 5:03)
My longest run in two weeks. It didn't feel super, just average. The extra soreness and my legs has subsided. Now I'm just down to the good old regular soreness left over from the 100k injury. Its getting better slowly but surely. Its hard to describe how I've felt the past few days. The best way to put it would be "awkward". My stride feels strong, but sluggish. Obviously with the miniscule mileage I'm not as sharp. The rest is as much for my mind as it is for my legs right now. Like I said yesterday, October is a long way off.
