Well, after going two sets on my strength training circuit yesterday, I woke up sore again today. It wasn't as debilitating as last week and was mainly confined to my quads so I guess I'll consider that progress. I'm still running too fast during this recovery period. It seems like my legs are locked into a certain pace (6:15-6:30) and I can't back off enough. That will be my main goal tomorrow: run as slow as possible.
It has been awhile since we heard from Herbert Kornfeld.
