A solid week that included some solid workouts, but still allowed for some rest and recovery. I also think I'm feeling better due to the weather change. Runs are just that much more comfortable when wearing shorts and a t-shirts. Every little bit helps.
Looking ahead to this coming week, the workload will get even lighter. I plan on doing a couple of shorter workouts and one last tune up 5k on Saturday. Total volume should be 60-70M.
