PM: 41 min :: 7M + 8x100 hill sprints
I have to admit its pretty relaxing when I only have to do 4M in the morning. I feel a lot less rushed, more time for stretching etc, etc. The hill sprints were very strong tonight. I had good knee lift and it felt like I was just eating up ground on each repeat. Running in the rain was fine for the most part, but I did get some some chaffing on my chest. Ouch. I usually enjoy the shower after my run. Not tonight.
