A bit more of a recovery week than expected. I was hoping to keep the 100 mpw streak going, but with the sickness and whatnot, I came to my senses and let my body rest. Now I will be going on a stretch of high mileage and workouts. This will be the meat of my 100km training cycle. I plan to get two 35-40 mile runs in, a couple 8-10 x 800 workouts (more VO2max pace now), a repeat of the 400m and 1000m workouts, and a few tempo runs of varying lengths. Sounds like fun.
