Another so-so day. I thought I would feel a little fresher after the easy day yesterday. I also thought that with a full 400m recovery between intervals I would have an easier time running 65-67 400s. Not so. I did make it through the workout and while I felt flat, I did recover pretty well during the rest interval. Next time 10 reps.
