Man! Do I feel like running. But Man! My legs are still sore as hell. I had another appointment at the Folske Clinic this morning and all was good until he started working that outer-quad/IT Band area. I know I need to relax the muscle as he is working on it, but the pain tends to grab my attention. Anyway, I know the soreness will pass. The workout is out of the question tomorrow regardless of how I feel. If I'm still sore I won't run at all. One positive aspect of the forced rest is it will give the other aches and pains time to heal as well.
