Started off well, but got tough on the way back. The little bit of heat/humidity may have had something to do with it, but mostly it was lack of sleep and adequate calorie intake over the last 24 hours. Travel, grad parties, wedddings took its toll. On the bright side, my legs didn't feel sore following yesterdays workout. When I think about it everything actually felt pretty good today, I was just really, really flat.
