I'm feeling pretty well recovered ahead of tomorrow's workout. It will be fun to run on the North Shore again. I only wish I could fit in a couple more of my favorite Duluth routes, but alas we are there for only a short time this weekend. Hopefully next Sunday I'll be able to run down memory lane for a couple hours.
