Back on the horse. Felt much more recovered today. There are some nagging niggles though that caused me to finally make an appointment to get checked out. Right now the list consists of my left hamstring (still), both calves (tight), and what I think is a strained psoas muscle residing in my lower abdomen/groin. I had good energy on the run tonight, but overall I still feel fatigued, if you can make any sense out of that. I think I just need a few nights of sound sleep to rejuvinate.
