A little recovery after the race+long cooldown yesterday. Didn't have much pep in my stride today, but I kept the pace very easy and just enjoyed the lovely morning. The only sore spot was my right tricep and shoulder, but that wasn't exactly running related. I really recommend anyone who plays Nintendo Wii Boxing the first time to go easy. Enough said.
