Feeling Minnesota

PM: 65 min :: 10M (8x100m hill sprints; 1 mi 5:36)

Everything was feeling pretty good today, although my hamstring was tingling some while sitting at work, but nothing while I was walking home or during the run. I cut back the sprints to 100m in order to focus more on my form and also reduce the workload a bit. 150m was feeling a little bit tough for something I don't really consider a "workout". The "hard" mile on the way back was slower than last week, but felt easier. I'm starting to feel like my old self again and it was another beautiful day. Oh and I don't have class for a month. Lots of good news today.
