No real point in tracking a "long" run this week. Overall I'm pleased with how my recovery has gone. The hamstring is still there, but getting better. The plan is to add some strength work next week. It will just be body-weight kind of stuff for now.
My sojourn to Duluth for the soire was enjoyable, but left me longing to move back. That was Katie's feeling as well when she saw the few pictures I took. I'm sure the feelings will only intensify when we return for Grandmas Marathon.
