A week to forget. Even with a couple good workouts, this week wasn't the most inspired. My motivation was a pretty low all week and it was reflected in the mileage. Really I only missed a couple of runs, but its hard to find silver linings. I hope to rebound next week culminating with a new pr at the Human Race. Weather shouldn't be much of an issue, so I just have to get my butt out the door.
