A cutback day today. Not so much to rest up, but more to allow things to heal. My butt (left side mostly) has been bothering lately. With the lower volume this week it has gradually gotten better.

I dropped Katie off at St Thomas for her New Orleans trip. 22 hours on a bus. Yuck. At least she will have better weather than here. In the "small world" category, she will be staying at Xavier University, which just about pulled off an upset of Ohio State today. Katie had picked that upset in her bracket. Ohh, so close. I'm not doing any better.
