Feeling much better today, thanks for asking. Ran on the treadmill this morning as usual. I hope to get in a couple long runs this weekend if the weather and my health are up to it. US Cross Country Nationals are this weekend in Boulder. The format is back to one, long-course race. Should be a good one. Team USA Minnesota has their contingent in the mix. Clips of it should be shown during ESPN2's coverage of the Tyson Invitational on Sunday. There will also be a DVD made.
