Another week that didn't go exactly as planned (do they ever?). I felt good about the effort on Saturday, but I would have felt better if I had done those two extra runs Thu/Fri. Que sera, sera. Its nice to have the treadmill option back and I'm glad I decided to get the membership to the UofM Rec Center. The indoor track will be invaluable, provided I don't over do it, and eventually I have to get in the weight room. One of my goals for the year was to work on overall body strength and balance. I've been doing some work at home here and there, but I need to do something more formal after the 100km in April.
