I wouldn't say I'm afraid to take a day off here and there, but when I do, I tend to get irrational. Taking a day off always leaves me feeling lethargic and achy. My body becomes so accustomed to running at least once a day that when I take a rest day it almost feels worse. My head is in a fog all day. Its as if I need to run to maintain homeostasis. Anyway, I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow.
