Progression runs are one of my favorite workouts. It starts of nice and easy (always a bonus), but I spend the bulk of the workout running at the "comfortably hard" intensity. The last mile is always a bit of a struggle this time of year. Its amazing how fast (read "hard") 5:10s feel, especially on the treadmill. I'll be running close to 20 seconds faster per mile at Human Race. Hopefully. Yikes, Human Race will be here before we know it.
