I Am Jack's Smirking Revenge

I decided to change things up a little bit on the second run today. A couple miles into the run I upped the pace to 5:56/mile and held that for the rest of the run. I was feeling pretty loose so I thought "Why not?" I wouldn't really classify it as a workout, but it was harder than an easy run. For the next couple of weeks I'm going to try to avoid planning out my running too much. When I feel good I'll run hard and when I don't I'll back off.
