Damn I fast. I ran so fast this evening I broke our treadmill. And here comes the first real cold stretch this winter. Perfect timing.
I sense this will be good for me. How bad do I want to run high mileage this winter? Am I willing to brave snow and ice at 5:30 a.m. to reach my goals. Time will tell.
