The run felt okay today, but throughout the day at work I was energized and looking for any chance to go stretch out my legs. It was a good feeling. The volume has been "down" so far in this training cycle. I don't know if that is a good thing or something I should worry about. I do know that I've gone into all the workouts ready to run and feeling, relatively, healthy. I'm going to continue to key on the workouts and whatever happens with volume, happens. I'm not going to force myself to squeeze out another 10-15 miles while taking a class two nights a week and working full-time. At least not regularly.
