Things are returning to normal. It hasn't been so much a physical transformation as a motivational one. Its been easier to get out the door the past week. 81M in six days averages out to about 95 over a full week, so the daily volume is improving. I couldn't have asked for more from the race on Saturday. It will be interesting to see what kind of gains I can make between now and the Bjorklund 1/2 marathon in a month. I feel like 1:09:30 on the New Prague course would be equivalent to just under 1:09 on the Bjorklund course. My goal 5 weeks from now is to be under 1:08. Better get to work.
