The first two-a-day in a while and it didn't feel that great. I'm still feeling stiff and awkward. Hopefully I can string together a couple weeks of non-stop running to banish that sensation. In the evening I did run a new route through Hidden Falls and Crosby Farm Park. A change a scenary did me good and the weather was great. It has been so ideal lately its getting hard to remember what it was like traipsing through the snow, ice, cold, wind, etc just a short time ago.
