Things Are Coming Together

AM: 40 min :: 6+M
PM: 64 min :: 10M (11:14 last two)

I actually felt a little better this morning than I did for the afternoon run. With the clear paths I'm finding it easier to get comfortable with a faster pace on these runs. That said I probably need to back off some. A couple days in a row is a good training stimulus, but day after day could burn up all the sharpness I've gained before the 100k. But it bolsters my confidence to run extremely relaxed at 6:20-6:30 pace. Very encouraging.

Katie is leaving for New Orleans on Saturday. She'll be gone a week. I don't know what I'll do with myself.
